Diamond Valley reserves the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges, damages caused to Diamond Vally and legal expenses from persons using the site fraudulently. NOTE: In case of orders being shipped outside Dhaka, we provide any guaranty/warranty on any product, we also provide the certificate of authenticity which authenticate that the product delivered to the customer is 100% genuine. However customer can avail the services anywhere there is Diamond Valley Company's Showroom / Service centers are available.

Any product you buy from our website is completely at your discretion and you accept that you place the order only after thoroughly inquiring about the product and being completely acquainted about the product, its features, characteristics, usage etc. Diamond Valley is not liable for any kind of damages or losses whatsoever suffered by the customers due to the use of the product.

Shipping Policy

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

In Bangladesh, Diamond Valley serves to selected cities. Please check if we deliver to your pin code in shopping cart checkout page. If there is no courier service available in your area, we do apologize for the inconvenience caused.

For orders above BDT 2 lakhs customers need to provide a NID card. If NID card is not available, the validity should be supported with a copy of address proof like passport, green card or driving license

NOTE: At present, we do not have the option to deliver a single order to multiple destinations. You will need to place different orders for shipment to multiple destinations.

SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES

Domestic Order: We provide free shipping within Bangladesh. Certain Logistic partners may request for an ID proof while delivering the shipment. When the original recipient is not available and the shipment value is high, the delivery agent may request for ID proof from whoever is collecting the shipment at the mentioned address on behalf of the customer. This is to ensure correct and safe delivery of the product.

International Order: We do not ship on international addresses, however you can place order from outside Bangladesh and take delivery anywhere within Bangladesh. Free shipping applicable.

Shipping Partner: Our domestic logistic partner is Rdex, S. A. PARIBAHAN (PVT.) LTD and Sundarban Courier Service (Pvt.) Ltd.

TIME TO DELIVER

The time taken for delivery tends to vary according to the destination; however, we make our best efforts to ensure that the order is delivered within 3 working days inside Dhaka city and 5 working days all over Bangladesh.

Delivery Time

The product is delivered within 3-5 working days from the day of order confirmation, provided such delivery is not delayed by any governmental authority or any other entity acting on behalf of the government or acting as per the directions of the government. In the unlikely event that we fail to deliver your order within the stipulated period, we shall notify you regarding the delay. All the deliveries within Dhaka city is made by the Delivery Person appointed by Diamond Valley. For delivery outside Dhaka, we only partner with reputed courier agencies to ensure that the products reach you promptly and in perfect condition. We also ensure that the delivery is made to the recipient and thus require the identity proof for verification:

Transit Insurance: All goods will be fully insured by Diamond Valley until they reach you, so your purchase is 100% safe.

Usage of Promo code by the Company

Diamond Valley has the right to refuse the usage of any promo code at any point of time. Promo codes which have expired cannot be used on the Website.
Diamond Valey Ltd can at any time ask the Member for the proof of having received the promo code.
Promo codes can be used only on specific orders as deemed fit by Diamond Valley
Promo codes, at Diamond Valley discretion are applicable on certain items, on specific orders, or on specific dates and occasions.
Promo codes cannot be clubbed with any other special offer running on the site.
For offline payment mode the promo code will be accepted only within the date of expiry of the promo code.
For a payment received after the expiry of the promo code the discount will not be applicable on that order.

Prices

Our pricing is calculated using current precious metal and diamond / gem prices to give you the best possible value. These prices do change from time to time, owing to the fluctuations in prices of precious metal and gem prices, so our prices change as well. Diamond Valley reserves the right to change the prices without prior notice.

Applicable Laws (Choice of Venue and Forum)

Use of this website shall in all respects be governed by the laws of the Dhaka, Bangladesh. Regardless of the laws that might be applicable under principles of conflicts of law. The parties agree that the courts located in Dhaka country, Bangladesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all controversies arising under this agreement and agree that venue is proper in those courts.

Conflict Free Diamond Policy

Diamond Valley recognizes the great harm caused by conflict diamond mining / trading. Diamond Valley will not purchase, sell, and contact subscribers, customers or suppliers who purchase or trade in diamonds which were used to fund conflict or traded in any way in violation of any United Nations resolution or the Kimberly Process.

Conflict of Terms
